Precise light control
Angle the slats to soften glare while still allowing useful daylight into the room.
Made-to-Measure Venetian Blinds
A clean, practical way to control daylight and privacy while keeping the window looking light and uncluttered.
Venetian blinds give you more control than a simple open-or-closed window covering. Tilt the slats to reduce glare, angle daylight deeper into the room or increase privacy while still keeping some natural light.
We measure and install made-to-measure Venetian blinds for kitchens, bedrooms, dining rooms, living spaces and selected commercial interiors across Dublin, Kildare and Meath.
Everyday Control
That small adjustment is what makes Venetian blinds so useful. The angle of the slats can be changed throughout the day as the sun moves or privacy needs change.
Angle the slats to soften glare while still allowing useful daylight into the room.
Adjust the view through the window without always needing to raise the entire blind.
Straight horizontal lines work especially well with contemporary kitchens and simple interior schemes.
Colour & Finish
The photographs below show how the same blind style can feel very different depending on the room. Lighter finishes blend into pale window frames; darker tones can create a stronger architectural contrast.

Light Finish
White and off-white finishes can visually recede into the window area, which suits bright kitchens, bedrooms and dining spaces.

Darker Finish
Grey and darker finishes can give the opening more definition, particularly where the room already uses darker furniture or fittings.

Kitchens & Busy Rooms
Kitchens often need both daylight and privacy at different times. Venetian blinds work well here because you can alter the slat angle instead of constantly lifting and lowering the blind.
During measuring we consider the window depth, handles, nearby worktops and how the blind will sit when raised, so the installation feels planned around the room rather than added afterwards.

Made to the Opening
A blind can be technically functional and still look awkward if the headrail, slat width or overall proportions do not suit the opening.
We measure each window individually and look at recess depth, frame details and access so the finished blind sits naturally within the architecture of the room.
